We usually reply within 24 hours. During holidays, it may take upto 48 hours to reply.
When will products be restocked?
Some items are restocked every now and then. Some products are limited and may not be restocked once sold out. We advise you to keep order while the stocks last.
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship products?
Orders will be shipped from our Chinese warehouse by ePacket or EMS depending on the size and weight of the package. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship globally?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 150 countries.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
We have good news. Since we work very closely with our manufacturers, there is almost no chance that you will have to pay any additional charges once you have ordered the item.
However, in rare cases(mostly with large orders), this may happen. StorageDelight is not responsible for any duties or taxes added to the package in the destination country. The buyer fully bears these. If you face any such issue, just contact us, and we may find a solution for you.
How long does it take to receive my organizers?
Though we deliver our storage organizers worldwide(over 150 countries), the shipping time depends highly on the location of delivery. Here are our estimates based on experience.

How do I track my order?
Yes. We will email you with the tracking information once the order is shipped.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
