Orders can be canceled/changed before they are processed.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We believe your happiness is our happiness.

Returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order.

You can request a refund if you are not satisfied with your order, or you received a damaged parcel. However, the items must be in unused condition.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

If you’d like a refund, feel free to contact our friendly support team with the order details and if we will happily assist you.

If you do not receive the product within the maximum time(45 days), you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a defected product or any other issues with the product, we will provide a 100% refund, or you can opt in for a reshipment as well.
